The Djungo app is a social meeting place aimed at those who want to get in touch with new friends, exchange knowledge, or share interests, but also those who are searching for love but don't want to swipe for it.

Challenge.

Social media drives GEN Z to emotional loneliness. Among Gen Z
92% spend over 4 hours daily on social media
73% feel they don't have enough friends
50% seek more in-person meetings

DISCOVERY.

Our competitive analysis revealed a clear shift as mass social media and superficial dating apps decline and the social discovery market emerges as a massive opportunity. Today’s Gen Z users are looking for an alternative to algorithmic control because they want a platform that empowers them to curate their own experiences and build genuine organic connections.

key insights.

Gen Z, is highly individualistic. They have a strong belief in their own uniqueness and significance. This first digital generation has also become the least homogeneous generation of all time. Digitization has placed the whole world at Gen Z's feet, erasing all geographical limitations. Gen Z draws their influences from every corner of the world, creating a diverse generation that is difficult to generalize about.
